Diatomaceous Earth is used to control most soft bodied insects. It can also be used as a barrier, but make sure it is dry to be effective. It can be dusted onto damp foliage; use a Dustin Mizer. Always use a mask when applying any dusty materials. This material is horticulture grade, do not get it confused with the treated pool grade material.
