The unit quietly draws hot air away from the bulb, greatly reducing the chances of burning plants.With the addition of aluminum ducting you can direct the heat out of the area or during the colder months down to the growing beds. For those with severe heat problems or using CO2, the inclusion of an Intake Vent Adapter & Safety Lens will allow the system to draw cooler air from outside the growing environment while not disturbing the atmosphere in the growing space. Not recommended for 400 watt or greater systems - 100 CFM.
